Last Review Wah! What a classy play ended today. This is called divine retribution! Baqaul Firdous “jesi kay sath wesi he hoti hy” J . Every single character was prosperous in itself. Zubeida taught me never to hold rope of others’ life and be contented what I have. Savera Nadeem was the most perfect choice for Bari Apa. I’m not feeling sorry for Bari Apa as she deserved every bit of it. She lost everything eventually, even her daughter, just because of her extreme pride. Bari Apa’s over self-assurance, megalomaniac tendencies pointed out severe Narcissism that lead to downfall of her character. As for Ghazanfar I knew already he’s not going to leave his wife and son for Zubi’s sake as I earlier told in my review he is not that much idiot as Zubeida but I didn’t imagine he would end up like this. He made Zubeida sound like she was the one who was running after him all the time and he was only enjoying the scenario.. How ridiculous! Sharmeen’s character was satisfying in this episode. Thank God Essa saved this childish girl otherwise she would have been ruining many lives around her. Riffat’s character was unique change from all the bhabhis we frequently see calculating against their in laws. Thank you Samira jee for giving us so real ones again! Poor Amma, she must be dying when she’ll come up with the news of Zubi’s divorce. Noman Ejaz as a final point realize Neelum’s value. He is always a treat to watch. Ayesha Khan was perfect choice for her role. Her unconditional love and support for her husband “Us waqt bhi jub main buzdili kay urooj pr tha” deserves high admiration and token of lesson for wives who never accept anybody sharing their husbands in any circumstances. Arjumand Raheem flabbergasted once again with her guts. I loved the way she mocked Ghazanfar saying “akhir apki bachpan ki mohabbat hy asaani sy tou nhe bhuly ge” J well for youngsters I must say we hope more improvement in their next projects. Suspense factor was epic throughout serial. Everything from original sound track to direction, from costumes to make up, from facial expressions to vocal quality was extra ordinary. I think because most of the characters in the play were hard to digest, it was always fun to review each episode of Bari Apa. Acting was incomparable and screen play always kept me glued to Tv. Samira has indeed written another masterpiece. She always gives us unique and different plots to think about the mystery of life, giving wide range to our thoughts. Director Saife Hassan and Producer Momina Duraid both give us exceptional quality dramas we are already aware of. Thank you all for giving Pakistani drama a new super hit. My best wishes are for your new projects J Dil e Muztar will be replacing Bari Apa
